All good, nice staff, big comfortable rooms.

The staff at this hotel is the best part of it. The apartment was big, nice balcony, it was dark enough in the bedroom and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the breakfast, no stomach problems and enough variation. Also the massage at the spa was good.

Some things are a bit old and need replacement, and you need to taxi to a supermarket sometimes. Wifi does not reach the outer rooms, but around the pool area is fine. Would not be able to work from distance though.

Excellent

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly - always helpful, polite, and smiling, without expecting any tips. Although a room with a sea view wasn’t available on Booking.com, I requested it for an additional fee, and we were given what was probably one of the best rooms in the hotel: on the first floor, at the corner of the building, with views of both the sea and pools. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and we were provided with two large bottles of water daily. The food was excellent; although breakfast options weren’t ideal for someone with lactose and egg intolerances, but my girlfriend enjoyed the omelets and cheeses. Lunches and dinners were delicious, with new options each day, although to be fair, we only stayed for few days. The hotel also organized daily activities for both children and adults, so there was always something to do - my girlfriend especially loved dancing on the beach and evening dance events by the pool.

The hotel mainly caters to local guests, with about three-quarters of visitors being from Egypt. While the guests were all polite and friendly, the main issue was the lack of any alcohol or mixed drinks available on-site (because of the local guests). We had to buy alcohol in town, so we could enjoy wine after the dinner or add our own rum to non-alcoholic drinks on the beach. The all-inclusive package turned out to be somewhat unnecessary - breakfast, lunch, and dinner were more than sufficient, and we didn’t feel the need for any additional snacks between meals. The drink selection was limited, with only water, juice, Cola, Fanta, Sprite, and coffee (espresso and Turkish). There was also no lactose-free or vegan milk option available. The room’s furnishings were a bit outdated and could use some updating. (Anyway, the bed was comfortable.) These "negatives" are minor and did not affect my overall rating. The biggest disappointment, however, was the beach. It was quite small and connected to a small marina, where swimming was restricted beyond the buoys. It would be such a simple improvement to add steps to the water from the left pier, allowing swimmers to go farther out from the shore. Personally, I opted to go to the nearby undeveloped beach, which hasn’t yet been claimed by any resort. I walked across the rocky shore into the water, and about 20 meters from the shore, I could swim freely, with corals and lots of fish to observe. It’s a shame the hotel hasn’t taken advantage of this potential by providing access through the pier. Despite these drawbacks, we had a fantastic stay, and I rate the experience very positively.

In some ways it feels like a 5 star, in others it's more like 2 ⭐

Clean, roomy and beautiful hotel. Good staff, lots of room lots of sunbeds huge pools slides

Maintenance could be better, massage was pretty bad, music in dining hall is often sad and the speakers are very scrachy.

A HIDDEN GEM.

Let's start on arrival. Pleasant, accommodating, professional, and courteous. it was a bit of a shock with the outdated reception furniture but it quickly melts away once you Interact with the staff. The staff are beyond amazing. The rooms are clean. Although lacking small things like an iron or toothbrushes, you can always ask for it and it will arrive to your room. The room linen is always clean and rooms are very well cleaned. Housekeeping is so helpful and attend to your needs right away. The restaurant staff make up for anything that may go wrong. Amazing service and food. They tend to you and make you feel like you are the only one dining in the entire place. Mr Mahmoud and his staff were phenomenal, accommodating and always present to ensure the best experience. The food was fresh, delicious and had a large variety for every meal. I was a bit weary upon entry of the resort but let me tell you, they really gave us an unforgettable experience. The sea was gorgeous, the beach was clean with a nice sandy bottom. Our friends took a private boat for 2.5 hours snorkelling and then out to a private island. The tour guides took great care of the kids that were scared to swim while the parents snorkelled. All this for around $40 USD. This place is a hidden gem. If you want fun, good food and a private like experience for an amazing price, this is the place to book with your eyes closed. Thank you Mr Mohamed (Manager) for the assistance in our check out. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did.

The outdoor pools weren't heated. It was very cold, therefore limiting our swim time in it. when I complained they said they are working on getting them heated. Also the kids area activity climbing gyms were broken and also the water slides in the kiddy pool. The animal area needs more space. The turtles were crammed.
